These elk we viewed just inside the national park not far from our RV park. This is rutting time of the year so the bull elk are gathering their harems together and chasing the other bulls away. The bugling sound the bull elk make is very unique and high-pitched.

These two bull elk are eyeing each other but they decided not to fight.

These cow elk were gathered in one area by a bull.

This bulls rack is perfectly shaped.
